 t of a hammock!\n\nManolis Zografakis will take us on a peaceful journey w
 ith the calming sounds of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, gongs\, and 
 other harmonious instruments. As we relax in the comforting embrace of the
  hammock\, the healing sounds will help release tension and restore balanc
 e to our body\, mind\, and spirit.\n\nThe hammock helps to alleviate the p
 ressure on the musculoskeletal system by removing the pull of gravity. Thi
 s\, combined with the vibrations of the therapeutic instruments\, creates 
 the perfect environment for deep relaxation and a return to inner harmony.
  The sounds will guide you into a meditative state\, allowing vital energy
  to flow freely throughout your body\, leaving you refreshed and re-energi
 zed.\n\nThis session is open to everyone\, with no prior experience needed
 . Whether you’re looking for relief from stress\, anxiety\, or insomnia\
