DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, March 9\, at Healing Circle Yoga\, following the tw
 o-day sound therapy training seminar\, Manolis Zografakis will guide us on
  a journey through the relaxing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls\, crystal 
 singing bowls\, gongs\, and other healing instruments. This session is des
 igned to release tension and restore balance to both body and mind.\n\nDur
 ing the session\, we will use our voices to harmonize our energetic bodies
  before lying comfortably to experience the soothing vibrations of various
  sound therapy instruments. These sounds will help us enter a meditative s
 tate\, promoting the free flow of vital energy throughout the body\, leavi
 ng us feeling refreshed and renewed.\n\nSound therapy has been shown to re
 duce anxiety\, depression\, and insomnia while enhancing creativity\, conc
 entration\, and intuition. This session is suitable for everyone\, and no 
 prior experience is required.\n\nThe session will be led by Manolis Zograf
 akis\, an accredited sound therapist.\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n 	A blanket and
  warm socks (in case you get cold)\n 	A pillow for your head\n 	A small bo
 ttle of water\n\nHow to prepare for the sound bath:\n\n 	Stay well-hydrate
 d throughout the day.\n 	Avoid caffeine and alcohol\, as they may cause di
 scomfort\, stress\, dizziness\, or heart palpitations.\n 	Avoid large meal
 s\, and allow at least two hours for digestion before the session.\n 	Wear
