A Few Words About Breathwork

Through specific breathing techniques, we can guide the body and mind into a wide range of beneficial states—including calmness, mental clarity, alertness, and emotional balance.

In this session, we will practice circular connected breathing, a technique designed to regulate the nervous system. By maintaining a steady and conscious breathing rhythm, the body enters a state of perceived safety, allowing involuntary healing processes to activate.

During the session, suppressed emotions—which may have been set aside due to a lack of supportive conditions when they first emerged—may rise to the surface. Participants might experience memories, images, physical sensations, or emotional releases, some of which may be gentle and others more intense. This is a natural part of the body’s self-regulation and healing process.

A Few Words About Sound Therapy

According to research, the soothing and resonant sounds of Tibetan singing bowls can positively influence the listener’s neurology and psychology. These sounds align with brainwave frequencies, helping the brain and body shift into deep relaxation. In this restful state, the senses turn inward and the nervous system enters a restorative mode, creating space for receptivity, creativity, intuition, memory, learning, and self-healing.

In addition, using the voice—as we will explore in the session—offers multiple benefits to the human system. Vocal techniques stimulate the vagus nerve, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation. This process slows the breath, improves heart and lung function, reduces levels of cortisol (the stress hormone), and supports the release of hormones linked to joy, connection, and emotional balance.

We look forward to welcoming you!
