On July 10th I will be offering a Sound Journey at Ascendia Wellness & Longevity Retreat Center in Chania – an evening dedicated to deep rest, nervous system restoration, and inner quiet.

Using Himalayan singing bowls, gong, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments, I create a sustained vibrational environment that allows the body to release tension and the mind to settle into stillness. The session takes place within Ascendia’s specialist wellness space, where the sound will be experienced alongside their biophotonic light environment (EESystem).

No previous experience is required.
