This two-day Sound Healing Training introduces you to a comprehensive approach to sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, with a focus on their use for meditation, deep relaxation and therapeutic application. It is designed both for those who wish to use singing bowls as part of their personal practice and for those who would like to offer basic sessions to others.
This training is an essential foundation for those who wish to progress to the next levels of the programme and deepen their understanding of the therapeutic application of sound healing.
No previous experience or specialised knowledge is required.
The training includes 16 hours of in-person instruction, followed by 15 hours of personal practice, which participants complete independently after the training, in their own time. This practice has been designed to help you deepen your connection with the instruments and develop greater confidence in applying the techniques in real-life sessions.
The training forms part of a comprehensive four-level Sound Healing Training Programme.
During the two days, we will explore:
- The history and theoretical foundations of Tibetan singing bowls
- The benefits and effects of sound healing, explored through contemporary scientific research
- Different therapeutic approaches and traditions, including Tibetan and Vedic traditions
- Fundamental techniques and practical guidance for working with singing bowls
- Ways of applying singing bowls directly on the body and in the space around the body
- Exercises and protocols for facilitating deep relaxation for others, as well as for personal practice
- Developing practical skills and the quality of presence of the practitioner
- Guidance on choosing and purchasing singing bowls, whether individual bowls or a complete set

Facilitator
The training will be facilitated by Manolis Zografakis, a certified sound therapist and member of IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
Certification
Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded after the required personal practice hours have been completed.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of places available in our training seminars, each booking is considered binding.
A deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified at the time of registration.
Cancellation by the Participant
30 days or more before the start of the training: The full amount paid will be refunded.
15–29 days before the start of the training: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. Alternatively, the amount paid may be transferred as credit towards participation in a future training of the same level, within 12 months.
Less than 15 days before the start of the training: No refunds will be issued.
Non-attendance or withdrawal after the start of the training: No refund or transfer of participation to a future training will be available.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing by email. The date on which the written cancellation notice is received will be considered the official date of cancellation.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organiser
If the training is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to either transfer their participation to the new date or receive a full refund of the amount paid for the training.
The organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the participant in connection with the training.
