This seminar offers an in-depth introduction to sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls, focusing on their use for meditation, deep relaxation, and therapeutic practice. It is designed both for individuals who wish to explore the bowls in their personal practice and for those interested in providing introductory sessions for others. The training also serves as a foundation for participants who want to continue to advanced levels and expand their knowledge of sound therapy as a healing art.
No prior experience or background in sound therapy is required.
